SearchHound Acquires Web Development and Language Translation Provider SpeakGlobally

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (January 07, 2002) SearchHound.com, Inc. (OTCBB: SRHN; BERLIN: SHQ) today announced the acquisition of SpeakGlobally, LLC, a leading Web developer and language translation provider in an all stock transaction.

SpeakGlobally is a leading international Technology Service Provider, specializing in Web development, programming, and international business development. In addition, SpeakGlobally brings a wealth of experience in complex language translation by providing general and technical translation for corporations and Internet sites in a multitude of industries covering more than 120 languages and dialects.

By purchasing the assets of Speak Globally, SearchHound achieves a number of objectives. First, to provide their community of more than 1 million Webmasters access to SpeakGlobally's in-house teams of professional programmers, Web developers, Ph.D. Linguists and native-language proofreaders to help them improve their Web sites. The vertical integration of Speak Globally also brings a top notch team of US and Russia-based programmers to SearchHound's family of companies.
