You have to prove intent good luck with that he could claim he was at the mercy of the other company and management and a million other reasons why it did not go the way he planned. Good luck with that.

Seriously if the financial sector's management says they have enough capital on friday and are out of business monday that is worse than what is happening here and no one is going after them. and millions lost there retirement and savings. Come on are they coming to your rescue for your little investments here in PGPM not likely. Right !

And just remember they did not force you to invest in this company you did it on your own. GLTA
