Geez.. Did anyone READ this:

"The company apologizes for the lack of updates, though it has to be understood that these are very complex and tedious back and forth negotiations regarding a new and higher sales price, with attorneys and accountants on both sides. The company believes that it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders to disseminate as little public information as possible at this time regarding the sale so that we may receive the greatest value for the company," said Frank Nordstrom, company spokesman.
