I don't think they could change it cause they are at their max. The better option would be to keep checking Nevada or whatever state they are incorporated to see if the authorized has been changed. That is the best bet.
On the news front, this seems like forever since the company has even said a word. My guess is either that day will never come or that something really big is in the works. I think we have either a huge homerun or a dud ...... there will be no in between.
