BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Envit Capital Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ECGP - News), a holding company founded in 1979, headquartered in Boston Massachusetts for financial entities announced today that one of its subsidiaries Envit Capital Private Wealth Management, LLC., has completed the acquisition and name change of Clary Asset Management, LLC., a Registered Investment Advisor located in the State of Texas. Clary Asset Management, LLC previously managed approximately $70 million in asset under management since the 1980’s. These assets have decreased over the years but Envit believes that this acquisition will not only give our Private Wealth Division exposure to a significant increases in wealth in West Texas as a result of recent highs in oil prices, but will also help in our plan to significantly increase our presence throughout the United States.
