Two reverse splits in one year, three in less than two years? Looks like a reverse split is the only solution to let them dump more dilutive shares on the unsuspecting.
Ouch. Longs just can't get enough of Pagnano, even when they see what is happening. It looks like not many are fooled anymore, though.
