pinksheets ... *shows* aerp
off of reg sho as of 9/16

the question becomes what
do you *believe* ..

this is my dilemma ..
remember .. aerp was on the
reg sho for 23 consecutive
business days from july 2nd
to august 4th .. when they
just went *off* .. and then
the very day .. after otc bb
uplist .. aerp is back on
reg sho .. and so it went from
august 27th to september 16th

the problem i'm *having* is
the volume .. there is a reason
i list out every trade .. every day
that posts to l2 ...

you can check ihub's historical since
august 27th .. and realize almost every
day of *trading* there was *covering*

this past friday for example .. there
was approx 3M .. *covered* ..

someone/s is utilizing nite .. to try
and keep the pps at this level .. so
they can cover *presumably* the legal
short .. which pinksheets gave us the
most recent info on .. what caught my
eye ..was the days to cover .. is now
4 days .. up from 2.55 days .. and all
for 16M shares .... hmmmm

so .. who knows re: the ftd's .. i wouldn't
bet my life that they've been dealt with
as a matter of fact .. the *trading* on
aerp since *may* suggests .. total bs ..
but then what else is new ..

this is where *companies* can take an
action or two .. it really is up to aero
but my confidence is elevated .. now that
jav adv group has been terminated and
aero is working with cfo solutions and
alpine securities ...

in my conversation with an alps sr. broker
we discussed *at length* .. ftd's and what
a company *affected* by them -- can do ..

again .. the overall markets are in turmoil

the uptick rule <sec chairman *removed* back
in july of 07> .. may very well be reinstated
literally any day now ...

there is an awful lot going on on the periphery

let's see what aero has planned
