Let see if that puts some fire under CELL....I usually do not like buy backs when they are driven by efforts to manipulate the stock. Taken MAGS off here at $21.40 for just $.33, not MAGS day today. In edit: Since CELL is not selling at a huge premium to book, which is mostly cash, maybe it is not such a bad idea after all. Not much of a reaction so far.
