In last 10Q it stated in Jan. 2008 it was determand that the former management of EC V and the agreement with CM2 was not satisfactory and that other technologies would be sought and acquired from know relations with other companys like Earthfirst. Subsequently in Feb. 2008 NGRN made a strategic relationship with a Bulgarian base entity and formed a JV called Aegis Power. One of the goals was to take ECV to commercialization instead of relying upond CM2 for development. I hope NGRN is not trying to sweep the ECV under the rug. You would think that at least NGRN would do was in the 10Q would have a statement like for more information on Aegis Power and the EC5 see our web page. So now anybody could think this Bulgarian entity was John Brown welding Shop and Aegis Power was located in his garage. Believe me this is a polite version of what I think. The infomation we get on Aegis Power and what we got on CM2 is not the same.
