The first guy mentions responding to anything that may violate Missouri's ethics laws... You are correct he doesn't say anything about prosecuting anyone.

The "news" item seeks to alarm people by pointing to the fact that some members of the truth squad are members of the judicial and law enforcement communities, but you're right. None of them says anything about prosecuting anyone... They're simply there to correct the record.
