Market cap means NOTHING at this point for 2 reasons:

1. The whole operation is losing money so really worth nothing unl;ess Tom finds a sucker like himself to buy overpriced companies and:

2. The reason pps is going down IS BECAUSE OF MASSIVE DILUTION and how it effects each shareholder!!! Who is going to buy now? NOBODY!! NO SUCKERS LEFT!!!! So the pps will drop like a rock when the NEW DILUTION starts.

Market cap is meaningless!!! There is NO PROFIT!!! Dilution drops pps and market cap stays the same. Low market cap has done NOTHING to raisepps over last year and means nothing now!!

New stores, new acquisitions mean NOTHNG!!! Tom pays TOO MUCH for them!!!

MASSIVE DILUTION BEGINS VERY SOON!!!!!!
