ieddyi -- someone ought to tell Blunt he shouldn't be sucking on blunts when he's making shit like this up -- libel is a civil wrong entitling the victim to bring a civil claim against the liar in a civil court -- not a crime prosecuted by the state against the perp in a criminal court -- nobody gets 'prosecuted' for libel, and no prosecutor acting as such has anything to do with any libel case
