rex_rick, I loved your definition of "co-habitation" over on RB so thought I would drag my reply over here too...you might drag yours over too as it was an astute observation. Hey, this board needs others thoughts on the way we shareholders are being treated...no filings of crutial info...no shareholder meeting except 'at midnight near the North Pole with 48 hour notice' if it resembles the last one...fibs directly to many shareholders in the US and other continents, outrageous self indulgence by the President while really bringing little to no business in and RS and diluting us to helll...the list goes on an on one only has to read Sweetcrude's partial lists to get a feeling for the damage done and that needs to be stopped and reversed....can't wait for the next shoe to drop...watch out Mssrs Fullenkamp and Mansell.

OT - rick_rex....yep Jon Fullenkamp's got ballz...love your definition of co-habitation...when you read and learn more about the credentials of the Director, Rick May, that Jon has fired from the VYEY BoD you got to believe that when Rick May, started asking the hard questions of Jon and Jon's other yesman/Director, Perry Mansell, he must have some things in mind that don't appear right at Victory. That's what Directors are there for - to protect shareholders...so Jon fires the one he's brought on, apparently has known for over 20 years, one who has a great business acumen in his own right, and who appears very reputable and respected by many, including law enforcement and SEC folks. Brilliant move Jon...don't answer the issues, take the steps, step down, whatever......just fire the guy who's on the team but doesn't like the smell of things....right, that will work....ya think that Jon is a little worried (or at least should be) about what might be going on that he doesn't know about yet...lol...better get your hardhats on Jonie and Perry.

But then I'm sure the buddy system of Dial, Fullenkamp, Eldridge, Pinchin, Jarvis, and the new pup in training...Eric Leonetti....(maybe Perry is earning his way in to this corrupt den of thieves) is exchanging emails on how to twist and turn, duck and dive as I type....one of these head fakes, even by the Masters of Deception, is not gonna work and then we pawns of these bad boys will rejoice!

To help you appreciate the fired Director, Rick May, and his son/credibility/what drives him I would encourage all to appreciate a small but important part of his life that we've discovered along the way. Sad but inspirational for most. (www.officerrichardmay.org)

Now let's look at a profile of one of Jon's inspirations and a mentor - and one of the concerns of a Director, Rick May, concerned with shareholder value...Tim Pinchin.

Its a pity that the other Director, Perry Mansell, doesn't have the same ethical makeup - it might help him down the road when the justice system kicks in...time will tell!

Personally I'd go to hell and back to have guys like Rick May manning our Board of Directors in corporate America and would run like helll when the Tim Pinchin's of the world show up.
