LETTER TO PROSPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS
INTRODUCING VEGA PROMOTIONAL SYSTEMS, INC.

Dear Sir/Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to give you a very brief outline of the current business of the Company and give you an idea of what our plans are as we move forward.

Vega is a publicly traded company (VGPR). Therefore, I want to make it clear that everything mentioned here has been previously announced to the public.

The Company currently has three areas of operation that will generate revenue:

1) Software for the Online Gaming Industry. Our management team includes professionals who have experience in the online gaming sector. The Company has acquired unique, proprietary software for online gaming and has become one of only a handful of companies to own this type of software. One application for the proprietary source code is online poker. Our plan is to build the Vega Network where players from all over the world can play against each other on a network that includes many different poker sites, all using software licensed from Vega. Revenue for the Company will come from licensing the software to both new and existing poker sites. These sites will pay a one-time upfront licensing fee, plus a reoccurring licensing fee based on the number of users they add to the Vega Network.

2) Major Event Promotion. We recently announced our plan to launch the “Poker Tour of the Americas” (PTA). The PTA is a land-based series of major poker tournaments held in casinos in North and South America. The tournaments will include the top poker professionals from all over the world, as well as Internet and local qualifiers. Each event will be filmed for airing on television. Vega will be the Executive Producer of the PTA and will own the programming rights. Rather than trying to sell the idea to a major network, our plan is to purchase the necessary airtime to air the tournaments. This will allow the Company to receive significant revenue from selling the advertising for each program, profits that generally go to the network. Our plan is to have eight tournaments during the inaugural season in locations that we have already established contacts.

3. Talent Services. Vega recently secured the Right of Personality for U.K. based poker personality, Bob Clarke, a.k.a. “Bob the Butcher”. We are in the process of expanding the Bob the Butcher brand and introducing Bob to the world outside of the U.K. We have licensed the Bob the Butcher trademark to butcherpoker.net and recently announced that Bob will be one of the on-air commentators for the PTA. Our plan is to work with other professional poker players to maximize their brand in new markets and to new audiences. One method would be to launch online poker sites featuring their name and likeness, utilizing the software mentioned earlier.

Our strength comes from a unique understanding of the digital media world with a primary focus on the Internet and other mobile commerce platforms. We are very excited about our future and look forward to implementing our plans and increasing our shareholder value.
