We should consider not investing more than 20% of funds into a high risk/reward pick.

Long shots are great with proper management. A 10-20% dollar amount on a play in this buying power arena could be more than enough I believe.

Anotherwords if our picks are for $1,000-3,000 ENTRIES for this Sophmore year, I believe a $100-300/$200-600 position in a "sub penny" OR physco financial stock down 99% could be one of those life changers. ***Especially with the momentum/buying power HERE. <<<

So.... # rating is great and needs to correspond w/ $$$ amount as well.
