It is this:

1. Buy overpriced companies from himself and friends

2. Claim lawyers missed fineprint in buying SWVC shell

3. Issue preferred shares to insiders

How does he accomplish this plan? He finds a bunch of "I wannabe a penny stock millionaire" suckers and then misleads, lies and creates interest ONLY to USE the COMMONS money to finance his plan!!

WHY DO TOM AND DIRECTORS OWN NO COMMON SHARES??? If this is such a great deal at such a great price wouldn't insiders be buying? ANSWER: Insiders are waiting because they KNOW MASSIVE DILUTION is NOT OVER and they will buy after the suckers and pps goes down!!!!
