Because I think (note opinion here) that Shayne and his pals are trying to prop this up while they figure out how to cope with the truth being laid out for all to see. One of the tricks is to put up "phantom bids" like yesterday when there was a .14 bid that was only good for about 15,000 shares (note.. nadsaq shows buys and sells separately so a 15k sell offset by a 15k buy would show 30k traded)and that only represents about $200. That would be considered a phantom bid.. it was for show.. not to actually build a position.

Painting the tape, phantom bids and collusion by a group to prop up a stock are all fraudulent activities and need to be called attention to.
