The GOVERNMENT , may pay 700B either way.

BTW, churak....excellent post...=), but the following may change your mind.

Although I can give my version of what I think, based on what makes sense to ME, according to MY experiences to date,...>8^}.. there are billions of people out there with different ideas from a whole different experience.

Ironically, each one thinks THEIR version is correct. –LOL!

However, through it all, the only “ONE” thing that gets done is a “Common Interest”

I state this to say, no one knows what that common interest of the masses may be or that which my influence it.

For every group who may not invest in stock ‘A’, there is a common interest what does.

Although on the front end, it may be alleged the government cares less in investors in this company, in the back end, they do.

Especially during TAX season when all those suffering capital losses are claiming it as deduction, thereby, the government (Actually their entities) are paying it.

IMO, I believe the rational of the little guys are based on the pictures within the frame while the “GOVERN-ment” “rationalize” according to the frame that surrounds the ‘Big-Picture(s)’

Many have gone to their graves believe they could have done a better job while having confessed, unwittingly, that not pursued the job automatically disqualified them for the position. –LOL!

In other words, the government KNOWS what to do about this crisis and is not willing to allow it to plunge into what may cost more that could have avoided.

There’s a lot more riding on the outcome than the income.

If the market crashes and all hell breaks loose, the government will still likely be spending 700billions.

But in the likely turmoil that follows a crashed market.

Here’s a ‘risk’ list of what may follow;

1. wave of businesses closing up
2. wave of jobs losses
3. wave of foreclosures
4. wave of crimes, (even from white AND blue collars)
5. Wave of Suicides.
6. Wave of Civil unrest (Racial unrest?)

This is only a few of all hell breaking lose and is enough in its self to cause a ripple of damages that could make 700 billion look like pocket change.

May seem like off topic but it’s NOT! –but I Believe the 700 billions “WILL” be passed (or granted).

BUT in doing so, there ‘WILL” be exclusions, modifications, conditions and restrictions.

There will likely be a list of “NO” and then changes or selections of “YES” only in THOSE areas that wont likely cause financial ‘Cellar’ hells later.

This is ALL my opinion.
