Technical: the center rotational torque of the propeller thrust will push the ass-end of the plane in the direction of the propeller rotation. plane will have to compensate with opposite trim control rendering a crabbing effect (or slip) making the overall stability a "pantload" and an overall nighmare of instability especially at stall speeds in crosswinds while landing and taking off.
