Is this crazy or what, first Dufus could care less what he owes the state of delaware, and second he could less what happens to any shareholder.
The trash basically was pumping this company to try and get it to a price where his family was going to be taken care of but he got caught.
Mastaflash was claiming assets were in the trust of dufus and assets do exist somewhere, not he is claiming no assets exist only becuase the taxes he owes the state of delaaware 200+ in back taxes.
Which is it Dufus and cshd have any assets or do they not! My claim is they do not nor did they ever have any.
Dufus had no idea what a bond was nor did he have any idea if they were valid. he did a screen print of the screens and tried to claim them as his own.
