If new investors took a second and read a PR or two they would find out that the product has been withdrawn.

You're statement of not being able to log on remains moot, if not, deceiving. You saying that you haven't been able to log in, infers that there is a product available but it is not working. You should actually be saying "Realtime is currently unavailable because they have temporarily withdrawn Realtime from the market, and return it to the developers for a complete revision and upgrading". Then you would be providing potential investors something more useful.
