yes, they are in quebec, but something might be up, IQW.TO, their counterpart on the tsx is doing really well, better vol, they trade almost in tandem..dang i noticed it yesterday, then looked at it this am, wasnt doing much,...then bam..started trading..and didnt notice it until it was at .10 dang...this was a nice trading stock before when it tanked awhile back
