So this guy walks into a bar right... I'm buying-out the lease and hiring a real PR firm who can speak to and for investors! .018...if he renews the lease, we should be back up in the 30's by next week. If he were really smart, he'd PR the living crap out of this as demands for oil in TX are at a premium!
