Likely translation:

"We're all scared s..tless about the class action lawsuit and are trying to preserve our capital in case the hammer drops."

"Sealite with a shorter cable and different packaging will be in Wallmart (sic) around 4-1-02 and Secureview should be on Cosco (sic) shelves around 5-1-02."

Did he explain why he was telling you this and thereby risking violating SEC Reg FD rules?
