Well, unless I'm imagining things, I would say that this Eduardo Valero Erana hasn't made any kind of name for himself, even in his own country. How he came to desire to take the reigns of Barclay is beyond me.
Maybe he believes that electricity can be, harmlessly, passed through the atmosphere without causing any human or other electrical/radio frequency disruption. Because if it were, then I don't believe, for the first moment, that the technology would not have already been sold to the absolute, highest bidder. And as stated at top, I don't think Eduardo is part of that crowd.
Oh well, it was a fun ride while it lasted.
