They did say that, yes.. and we know how long the 1st round took..

Once it's turned in, it can still take up to 30 days by the SEC I think. So even if they turned around and sent it in a day after our update, we'd still not have it back in most likelihood.. I have no idea what the comments are or what the SEC might want in this 2nd round..

And I don't see EI NOT giving us an update when it is sent back..
