tek, I am not the best TA person, but just in case you missed this information about JRVR, you may want to know about it. JRVR currently is maxed on the A/S. They have just over 99,000,000 O/S with an A/S of 100,000,000. The past two runs seemed to die out as some s8 shares were released during the move. This time, that should not be able to happen w/o a new filing.
The best news of all is that some of the principals are due a decent amount of shares and cannot get them with the current A/S. They appear to be in no hurry to raise the A/S to get these shares, so I am assuming that they are fairly confident that the future price will be going north. Add to this that JRVR recently hired a PR firm and all indications are that they should have some news about STEPS in MExico in the near future and odds are looking good that it will test the lower .07's again soon. It seems to be meeting some resistance at .05, but if it should break that, it could move quickly.
Now, there are some expert traders on this board, so I am sure that someone will have a a good TA opinion for you.
