i'm not saying that there hasn't been very liberal interpretation of word definition thru out this board.

it is a problem of saying that there is a pure understanding
of terminalogy amoungst all varying factions. aint goina

you are incorrect in you interpretation of p&d and always
have been. you used to only have a core of individuals
that you used the same terminalogy on. i suggest that
your use of p&d has too broad a definition to be useful
on a stock board.

kinda like the definition of a hurricane. the authorities
now believe that there needs to be more clarification.
max wind like sunspot, compared to size of sunspot, added
together to ge an accurate asscessment of the sunspot is
an accuracy needing aplication.
