I'm not yet accepting a simple exchange of PGGM shares for ACLE shares, like everyone else here seems to. That would not satisfy the "transfer of value" issue, nor some of CEO Pineda's recent emails. ACLE is trying for a "bigger" board, so they really cannot afford a bunch of shareholder complaints to AMEX (board members actually read/analyze that kind of stuff).

So relax. Plenty of time for yelling, if this turns out bad. (...and I'll be the first). Right now, I'm hoping we are in for a pleasant cash surprise.
