'itlogic', No, I am not a marketing person. I see HKBV evolving into a growth company with the merger. I don't have hidden agendas and do own stock in Hat Trick Beverage (a legitimate investor). I have a different outlook than many other posters not having ownership in the company, but that is expected.

Concerning the merger from Pinksheet Filings:
"...The consummation of this deal would be transformational for the Company, and see Hat Trick take a major leap forward from a development stage company to a growth company with large, established lines of business, with a significant leap forward in terms of revenue and profitability..."

In the pinksheet filling above, even Mr. Sender speaks of HKBV as being a development company but after the merger, it will become a growth company, in his words.
