Sorry for my sarcasm.
But that what I described is in principle what they are really doing (It's not misleading.).
I watched this company for many years (as I said, I was a shareholder too) and finally I found out that there is no real substance in it - just a simple reselling combined with PR machinery.
Take some time and try it out, it really works!!! They do exactly the same.
