I would hate to bust your bubble but your calculations are off. without the dividend because no one knows using the following

I just picked up another 1.275M which brings me up to
3.8M averaged down to .0035.

Assuming downsideup's guesstimate of
1000PGPMs = 2 ACLEs, that would give me
7600 ACLEs. So, I would need ACLE to sell for 1.77 to Break Even.

when the split occurs you will only have 760 share not 7600 shares so take your 760 shares to break even you would need ACLE to hit aprox.. $17.5

sorry but i would love your formula to calculate into the shares i have i would retire in an instant.
