My point is that this company has the revenue and resources to retire the debt to both YA and the officers but don't seem to be motivated to do that. In this case the foxes own the hen house and stand to profit more by diluting this stock than they can earn with their excessive salaries. If they were in fact interested in shareholder value, that is exactly what they would do, and put an end to the relentless dilution.
All IMO of course.

P.S. Check the last S4 and then tell me if you would expect to see something similar in Jan of 09.
