Please understand what I was trying to handle. Craig Pres and Donna Silverman took out 2 million in Convertible Debentures. Then they took off.

came into this because I have 2 companies that I have arrangements with already and I wanted to make GITH into something from nothing. So I came in.

Then I started working with certain people that the debentures are outstanding with. Of which they want to do things to the stock that would literally rip it to shreds for YEARS.

This was fought back and forth for the last 2 months. More threats than you want to hear. I eventually came to the conclusion that they were not going to budge.

So was left with either one of two decisions:

1. Give "them" what they want. Which leads to R/S, Increased O/S, increase A/S and dilution for about 2 years.

2. Or not give them the satisfaction and not put shareholders through that as I have been there before.


*I have only lost money in this whole thing....haven't made ANYTHING.

I tried to make something out of this lost cause. I hope everyone can understand this.
