Right, but we have no idea whether there is an S-8 out there or not because Tom has made "NO ATTEMPT" to get "RELISTED" on the OTCBB since Oct.-Nov. 2006, he has alot of filings to get caught up first and being in pink sheet status, hes not even required to file an S-8 I don't believe. He can issue shares without us even knowing about it, one of the great many benefits of staying PINK, that why major players in the markets call Pink Sheet land, The Former "Wild West" where anything goes almost. LOL And you know Dam well hes not going to PR any new shares being issued, he could have issued 50 MIL shares on us and not say a single word, just like he kept quiet in Jan 2007 when Cornell unleashed to 15-20 MIL that took us from .03 to the .01's, I bet NIR is cashing in behind the scenes right now also, we may be able to buy a MIL shares for $2-300.00 soon, the question is whether or not we can get back to the .01's or not anytime within the next 6-12 months?
