could be, but, it really hasn't had the pump(PPS has done nothing) plus the company is new, new business model, new management, the DD done on INCL is impressive, but until it gets PR'd, its dead money, except for those that manage to swing trade it(at a very tight range, but still doable)... my timing was way off on this one to include unsolicited stocks are tricky
debating if to move on and hit other runners and come back to INCL when the PR's hit...
my guess is we will not see PR's with substance until the 15c211 becomes official,..imho.. and that could be weeks or tomorrow lol...
