I'll average down when it hits 000's...it is heading that way, and with a couple ticks every week on the downside until Nov, as Eric has indicated a decision is coming out about a possible N/A with no name, it will be there by then, of course it's a gamble, what if the decision is a negative on the negotiated N/A? What then...could be back to 0.0003 or below.
