Tim, I hope you don't mind but I copied a piece of your post, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=32419613. While Laidlaw and NAD hope to close on Oct. 22, Bartoszek said the two companies signed an extension that the allows for the closing date to be pushed back.
I feel it important because I get the feeling some whom may need the pps to go down are appearing here on the board as "cool, calm, collected longs who are just sooo disappointed that these poor "office boys" just can't get anything right. Even when reading the following they still try and divert attention to building an appearance that there is a "rock solid, drop dead, moment for the company @ 1259 hundred hours on oct 22. Sheeze, never mind this was preempted and expected by those signing the documents and inserted a signed extension for the possibility these very calm, business as usual and typically hum-drum times/days we could not possibly generate anything unusual which might cause the need for a push back. Isn't October 22 close to some kind of big election and aren't we at war? I am very ignorant about the business of attorneys but aren't they paid by the hour rather than contingency when doing something like this? IMO MB wouldn't have 20 or 30 lawyers and paralegals on retainer at this point. Can anyone tell me if you can short LLEG stock still? If so is there a way to see the real time numbers?
IMO this is a prudent move as people like the guy in the artical BNHR posted yesterday, http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=32393899 Councilor David Poulin who said “We’ve got to move. We got to do something,” !! are probably po0sting here trying desperately to throw any negitivity on the situation or plant any type of doubt. UNLIKE COUNCILOR POULIN's city council it seems like MB and company are doing exactly what they are not but is the massive light of truth being shined on them and thiers the way it is on MB? Folks when you are drowning regardless of your preferences in people, you wouldn't care who was who as long as they could swim and save you. IMO it is time to start looking at LLEG like this.
JMO, Nez not even going to correct typos as posting here is useless at this pooint because when the flood starts its going to be something to see!JMO Nez
