You often refer to the upholding/rejection of neom's patents, plural, when only one patent among several is in question. When you do this, are you:
a. using the plural loosely (incorrectly in this context)
b. intending to refer to the multiple claims in said patent, rather than multiple patents, or
c. implying that other patents will be affected by the actions the PTO takes
I've talked to several people, and I don't think C is true in any destructive sense.
