The problem with using charts on this stock is the fact that IMO it is not going to act like other penny stocks the company is not acting like scumbag penny CEOs they are not dilluting but going the other way and lowering the A/S and the float and as events like contracts etc. unfold the stock will go up regardless of what someone thinks it will do by looking at a chart
