Did some reading on their website.

Some background: Richard Pauly of Florida was the Managing Memeber of the dissolved Florida Limited Liability Company "Noble Metals Processing, LLC"

So, according to their documentation it was "Dick Pauly" who brought samples from tailings supposedly coming from the Yosemite Valley to Jacobs Assay Office, in TUCSON ARIZONA (~1000 miles away) - (BTW - Jacobs Assay Office was the "independent lab" that did the assays for Delgratia Mining, a huge mining scam in the late '90's that resulted in a successful Class Action suit by it's shareholders)

Sounds real legit.
