That was my point, I can't tell you how many countless pinks and OTCBB's have put out complete BS PR's - and yet the SEC never seems to bother them, lol.

Look at Rufus Paul Harris, the man put out crazy PR's claiming billions in assets at 3am, went drunk on moonshine on SP Radio, and ran his stock from .04 to $4.

It took the SEC 4 MONTHS before they finally halted it !! I mean the man was talking about MOON BASES!

And guess where Rufus is now 2 years later? Relaxing somewhere counting his money.

The argument that JQM is not putting out PR's because 'the SEC is watching him' and 'he could get in trouble' is illogical, and nonsensical. Trust me the SEC has more to worry about right now: Like their EXISTENCE !!!
