Why issue false PR's which you might be held accountable for at a later date by shareholders and/or the SEC??

Especially when Moaning can just talk to a few message board posters and they put out the Stories for him on the message boards.

Conversations can be denied ... PR's can't.

Sure ... the stock does not run like it will with a big promo campaign .... but you can do Slow Bleed Dilution into the hype created on Message Boards.
