Is my suggestion that USGA contact Nevada's Sen. Harry Reid for his help has in anyway brought out the fact that in July 2008 USGA applied for Chapter 11 BK protection? It just seems strange that the BK was not reported to us shareholders, and we had to have Pres1ton report it to us instead. Thanks to Pres1ton for his contacts, we now know Sen Reid could not be of help, but just might be an embarrassment to the BK process. Behind the scene acts by PS and friends need more transparency, wouldn't you say? Can Sen Reid help us where the SEC can't? It appears the USGA shareholders have been snookered!
