It’s not a vehicle serving as a laundry where companies can be sold anew all clean and fresh without the history of the prior company. All of the prior baggage (be them full of gold or full of dirt) moves to the new owner/s.

If MP does complete the sell of his now worthless shell (WEHI) to Mrs. Park she, along with whomever is party to the new company with her, will be the new responsible parties for MP’s (WEHI, etc, etc,) prior debt/s moving forward.

Hey, when one buys a car they need to “look under the hood”. The new owner of MP’s shell will own all of MP’s issues and matters both good and bad. I hope Mrs. Park got a good look under MP’s “hood” before buying.

Why give MP a walk-away cleansing by buying his shell? Got me?
