Anyways, if these shares aren't the new IR Firm, and it can't be NIR, because NIR has to follow specific rules as far as the amount of shares they can sell on a daily basis that is directly tied to the volume of regular trading, I forgot what the exact % of volume they can sell into but it's like 5% or something small like that, and if memory serves me right I think it's may be based on a 1 or 3 month average. Don't quote me on this, I'd have to go back and read up on it, it's been a while since I looked at those figures. SO WHO THE HELL IS DUMPING THEN??? Private placement from last Sept.?
