He probably wasn't allowed to say much. Also think about what it takes to get a deal like that and not be able to PR it. I would be pissed off and a little quiet as well.

If it was a scam they would never get away with that PR on their site, Bloomberg legal would have been on the phone with them this am demanding it be removed or else.
