I couldn`t find anythin. Expect an old database patent that is not needed anymore. They`re patents are pending and the application prosess is not finshed. They filed to patents in late 2002 regarding their Mobile IP client solution. They where filed in Norway and that is just as good as a filing i US. Just think about it, why should CLYW patent filed in US mean more in Europe than Bird patent filed in Europe in US? Us is not above Europe when it comes to patents or law. So patent filed in Norwasy is just as good as a patent filed in US. If Birdstep filed a patent in US, then it is beacuse a worker based in the Seattle office invented the patent. Otherwise claims from Birdstep comes in Norway!

Here is the norwegian application from 2002. 2 patents, page 21 and page 22! Sorry, it is in Norwegian but you`ll find the words patent and Birdstep Technology.
