Since the BK won't take place in the courts until next year, it might be a good idea to sell your shares now for a 2008 tax lose and then buy them back in December(30 days) when the rest of the shareholders (if there are any left) begin to sell at the end of the year. Of course this depends upon whether or not you believe USGA has any future. I don't, so I sold first thing this morning.
