maybe so as to give it credibility,as most basher will say after a PR..."Until I see the 8-K" I wont believe a thing"..so maybe they are putting the 8-K together first...then after its filed they will issue the PR....see that way the PR has the credibility of the 8-K behind it...so I would suggest you all start looking at Edgar and not the Yahoo PR page....
